01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from RUMI BEAUTY HOUSE SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601041637 (1703732-U)) (“Rumi Beauty House”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
02What We Sell
We sell skincare, makeup, beauty tools, fragrance and body care, and women’s fashion accessories. The range on this website is 25 products, delivered within Malaysia or collected from us. We also supply salons, shops and resellers at wholesale prices on quoted terms.
03Product Information
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its size, what is printed on the pack and what comes in the box. Colours and shades on screen can look different from the product in person. Measurements marked “approx.” are typical figures and can vary slightly.
Read the label before use. The full ingredient list is printed on each skincare, makeup, fragrance and body care pack; ask us if you would like it before you order.
Our jewellery and hair accessories are fashion pieces: plated metal with crystal-look stones and pearl-look beads. They do not contain precious metals, precious stones or real pearls unless the product page says so.
04Using Skincare & Makeup
Skin reacts differently from person to person. Before using a new skincare, makeup or fragrance product, try a small amount on the inside of your arm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. Stop using any product that causes redness, itching or stinging, and see a doctor if it does not settle. Avoid the eyes unless the product is made for them. Keep products out of reach of children.
05Prices & Payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount charged at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and are paid separately. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before sending it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have checked stock.
06Orders, Stock & Wholesale
If an item or shade you order is out of stock, we will tell you when it is expected, offer another shade, or refund you in full. We may limit quantities per web order. For more than ten of one item, or to stock our range in your salon or shop, please contact us for a wholesale quote. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote.
07Delivery & Risk
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within the time stated in our Refund Policy.
08Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged, leaking or with a fault, such as a broken pump, a cracked compact or a mirror light that does not work, our Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
09Storage & Normal Wear
Follow the storage and care line on each product page. We are not responsible for products spoilt by heat, sunlight or contamination after opening, for fashion jewellery damaged by water, perfume or chemicals, or for normal wear over time.
10Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Website Content
The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
12Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
